Woodland Design has been busy at Bernard Siminski (Elm Street) Park in Dickson City, PA. Representatives from the State Senate and House, DCNR’s Regional Advisory Team, and DCNR Deputy Secretary Mike Walsh joined Council President Kovaleski, Mayor MacCallum, and Borough Manager Forconi to accept funding for and kick off Phase 1, designed by Woodland Design as part of the overall communities park rehabilitation efforts.
