This project is for a new electric utility substation. We led the grading and stormwater design of the project through regular meetings with the Pennsylvania DEP and the Luzerne Conservation District. Our team acquired all the necessary permits for construction and is providing ongoing administration support. The project features pollinator species plant blends, rain garden-style swales, and subsurface stormwater piping and infiltration.
