This project is a direct result and continuation of the Wayne County Feasibility Study Woodland Design Associates finished in 2020. It picks up from the Borough of Hawley and continues the study down the Lackawaxen River, ending in Lackawaxen Township at the Delaware River. Woodland Design Associates is investigating the feasibility of a paddle/bicycle/multi-use trail along the Lackawaxen River corridor through fieldwork, mapping, and the assistance of a Study Committee appointed by the Pike County Commissioners. Woodland Design Associates are also conducting public hearings and surveys.
