Wayne County Working On Grant Application For Trail Improvement

Wayne County is in the final stages of applying for over half a million dollars in grant money from the Department of Community and Economic Development to improve trails and walkways in Honesdale.

Woodland Design Associates Inc. offered grant application support in the form of a conceptual plan, cost analysis, and planning analysis. The application was submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for their consideration, to fund a trail multi-modal trail between the Wayne County Stourbridge Complex, the Irving Cliff Trail System, and downtown Honesdale, PA.
