With support from the Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society, Bowmanstown Area Residence Connected (BARC) conducted a public survey, gathered over 100 responses, and met with Borough Officials last week, where Woodland Design Associates presented ideas for a new public park on a Borough owned property next to their post office. BARC seeks to provide residents with a multi-modal path to continue enjoying their “Monday Mile” walks and to better connect the town with the pedestrian tunnel, the Lehigh River, and bolster the community as a true D&L Trail town!”
